About Our Law Office

Queen's University in 1985 with a B.A. Honours (Classics). He completed the London International Law Programme and internship with John Laws, Barrister, Middle Temple, London, England, in 1988 before graduating from the University of Windsor Law School with a LL.B in 1989.

Called to the Ontario bar in 1991.

Past president of the Muskoka Law Association and was an elected Canadian Bar Association – Ontario council member for the Central East region from 1994 to 2000.

Former director of Frontenac Heritage Foundation, Muskoka Legal Clinic, Kingston Community Legal Clinic, BirthRight Kingston and Hospice Muskoka.

John is an avid sportsman and is a member of the Kingston Flying Club and the Royal Canadian Military Institute.
